Consulting Engineers and Architects Associated (CEA) was established in February, 1979, by Neville Kotagama, a senior Highway Engineer. The aim of this engineering consultancy firm was to undertake multi-disciplinary consultancy work with an emphasis on the Highways and Transport, Water supply and Drainage, Architecture, Urban Planning, Environment Management and Social Science, Water Resources and Irrigation sectors.
The firm was incorporated in 2007 as a Limited Liability Company and CEA offices are located in Sri Jayawardenapura, Kotte, the administrative capital of Sri Lanka. A majority of the shareholders and the management of the company are Engineers.
